MY PHILOSOPHY FOR A HAPPY LIFE

Hello Lovelies, how are we all doing, been a minute. I know I’ve been quiet here on the blog, I wouldn’t say absent because I still check up on other blogs and read comments on here. Reason I’ve been quiet, well I’m in a different environment and prior to moving accidentally my laptop had some fault beyond repair 😢 So, posting content is a lot more stressful right now and I’m just trying to wing it until I’m blessed with a new laptop. That being said there would be only one post every week for the main time. I don’t want to type much on this post but I’d keep updating as I post. Anyway, lets dive into today’s post, but before we do that, how do you love my new look ?
Today’s post is about my philosophy to having a happy life, especially us in our early to late twenties, being an adult is just tasking. The pressure to be independent, married, get that job, bills associated with living (rent, electricity etc) Also, at this age frame we go through a lot privately or publicly, whether is going through pain, loss, misfortune or adversity, and there’s something about going through something that doesn’t seem fair to you, that once you go through them you need to make sense of it since you can’t change what happened and you can’t alter what you’ve been through. Life can get frustrating and get to you if you allow it to. Sometimes things don’t go as planned; you are met with disappointments, failures, setbacks and delays. Its life, but how can you overcome it and choose happiness over it all, keep reading, down below is my philosophy for a happy life.

Talk to you in my next post, be you, be safe, be kind, stay blessed and remain humble..

MY PHILOSOPHY FOR A HAPPY LIFE
1. First admit what it is that you are feeling to yourself and/or someone you care about and also in return cares about you, voicing out what it is gives you power over it.
2. In order to facilitate the process to feeling better, do what will bring you peace,  writing, crying, finding humor in the situation, whatever is safe and healthy that brings you ease.
3. Destroy the thought of comparison, you don’t have to be at the same level everyone else is at, you are at the pace and position you are at in this life because you are meant to be there. You should never let what is around you make you feel less of the person you are becoming.

4. Anything that has happened in the past or present beyond your control just let it go, trust me there’s so much peace in moving forward. Letting things go frees you up so you can move forward.
5. Never do people how they do you, it can block your blessings, just hand them over to God and focus on yourself.
6. This right here is really imperative, especially to my young ladies, do not make the mistake of being dependent on anyone, work harder to give yourself what it is you desire in this life no matter how slow the process might be , just keep pushing and don’t forget to put God first.
7. Whatever good you do for anyone never expect anything in return because sometimes nothing is what they can offer. Expectations lead to disappointments.

8. Try your best to shift yourself from negativity, once you start getting negative thoughts into you it can destroy you physically, emotionally and mentally.
9. Realize what is meant for you will not pass you by as long as you keep putting the work, so whatever set back, rejection or disappointment (job, relationship, opportunity and so on) you’ve been met with wasn’t just for you.
10.  Don’t take life too seriously, live in the moment, find humor in awkward situations, be thankful for the little things, love more when it is being reciprocated.
11.  Never speak bad about yourself, because only you on earth have the power over your well being.

12. Recognize when a job, phase, life stage or relationship is over and let it go. Allow yourself to gracefully exit situations you’ve outgrown.
13. Forgive yourself for accepting less than you deserve, but don’t do it again.
Just have this at the back of your head, that God will not allow a trial to come into your life unless he has a purpose. He doesn’t just allow the storm, he uses them, and also realize that God knows your strengths and weaknesses. So whatever you are going through he trust you can handle it. I hope this post help someone out there.
Thanks for reading, I  Don’t even  know what the next post might be about, but like I mentioned earlier I’m just winging it.
Do enjoy the rest of your week

  3. I really like this combo. This white sweatshirt looks great paired with that lovely skirt. You look stunning.
I enjoyed reading your tips for a happier life. I think they work well for any age, but we should especially keep them in mind as young(er) adults. Focusing too much on what people think or do is never good. We shouldn't be revengeful and try to get back to those who didn't treat us right. It is much better, as to say, to hand others to God and pay attention to our own actions. When we put God first, everything else falls into place.

  9. Love this post, so much great advice here that I need to reread every week haha. My sister always says grow through what you go through. Change is painful but necessary most of the time. My Dad also taught me not to depend anyone and I think that is such an important point! Love the message in your post, also you look phenomenal! Beautiful photos xxx

    Your philosophy is spot on.
You've mentioned things we are supposed to know but we really don't apply in life..
We should do it more often
